Coastal Driving School has secured track time during The annual Cherrys Jubilee for a fourth year, scheduled for the second weekend in September.

Now that summer is in high gear, it's time to plan for this year’s CDS at Cherrys Jubilee at Laguna Seca track event. The proceedes from this event are donated to the Salinas Valley Memorial Health Foundation to support the Salinas Valley Hospital.

Coastal Driving School is proud to announce our favorite track event of the year at Laguna Seca will be expanded to two days on the weekend of September 5-7, 2008. We will be offering our drivers a chance to drive Laguna Seca on Friday 9/5 or Sunday 9/7 or both days. The Cherrys Jubilee car show www.cherrysjubilee.org with all the regular vendors will take place Saturday and Sunday. The usual hot lap rides will happen on Saturday only this year so we can run a slightly modified schedule of drivers ed on Sunday.

Please mark your calendar and save that date as this will be another don't miss opportunity to drive the world-famous Laguna Seca racetrack while enjoying the hospitality and camaraderie of the nearly world-famous Coastal Driving School staff, instructors and drivers.

Great News, registration to the March 19th Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca event will begin on Sunday the 27th of January.

Be sure to register early to get the early bird special price.
The early bird price of $295.00 is valid from 01/27/2008 until 02/29/2008.
Beginning the first of March, the price goes up to the regular price of $325.00

It occurred to us at CDS that the website lacks a place to view our cancelation policy. So, we have revised and posted it in the Drivers Lounge under Information. We do not anticipate this becoming a problem, but, imagine how you would feel if you didn’t read this...

New Website!

The Coastal Driving Team is Proud to announce the official release of the new website.
There have been some changes. Several things have moved. A few things are gone, some are new!
Most importantly we have added a Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. Also known as a "CAPTCHA". You may have used one before when buying tickets on TicketMasters.com or when signing up for email services. This feature allows users to send secure emails to any member of CDS without worrying about SPAM and Phishing.
